Fort Worth Runners Club Cowboy/Cowgirl Up Spring/Summer Exercise Challenge

facebook page and our members only exercise challenge.
The exercise challenge starts on March 15th with one minute
of planking every day, then on April 1st we will add to the
challenge. Starting on April 1 you will keep planking 1 minute
per day, but add one push up per day until the end of the
challenge. Each month adds a new exercise. Those who complete
the exercise challenge will receive a special award at the
FWRC Labor Day race! This is a great way to get our core
strong, hold each other accountable and have some fun.
